Cape Henlopen State Park is lucky to be a nesting site for the endangered Piping Plover. During this time the state closes the nesting area to human use. On this morning, one of the adult plovers decided to feed by the edge of the restricted area so came into view of my camera. I felt very lucky to be there watching his constant motion as he foraged.
